Celeste has years of experience in the food service industry, 7 of which have been exclusively dedicated to catering. Celeste oversees every aspect of the "back of the house," which includes the culinary staff, menu planning, delivery, on-site customer service and maintenance. Cesca's Kitchen Catering's focus on quality and service is most evident in the operations department. This philosophy is implemented in every aspect of operations and culinary, from preparing top-notch menus to maintaining the Catering delivery fleet. Celeste thrives on solving the day-to-day challenges of the catering business, as well as training and motivating her staff to make every customer a satisfied customer MA. ROWENA CALALO - Comptroller/Purchaser Rowena has over 10 years experience working in the Culinary field.. After joining the Cesca's Kitchen Catering family in 2006, Rowena quickly took over the position of Controller, where she diligently manages every facet of checking accounts, property accounts, accounts receivables and accounts payable. With a continuous smile on her face, Rowena is quick to process all accounts or make sure the candy jar is always full. Rowena truly enjoys working in a family-oriented environment and she appreciates the respect given by each team member CYNTHIA CLAIRE ARCEO - Secretary Truly is a versatile veteran of Cesca's Kitchen Catering having been aboard for over 5 years! She aids the culinary staff wherever they may need help, and she works in both food preparation and warehouse management. Claire can be found doing all types of duties around here at Cesca's, but her main duty is to look after the warehouse making sure it is always in tip top shape. She is a holder of an Associate's degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management. GERRY LLAGA - Head Banquet Operations He is the director of operations and oversees all day to day functions here at Cesca's. Gerry has an immense list of duties which includes, but is definitely not limited to: site inspections, training new employees, scheduling and staffing, and most importantly going out on events as a supervisor to exceed customer's expectations. Gerry is really a jack-of-all-trades and has had his hands in just about every department at Cesca's Kitchen Catering. He is a certified supervisor, full liquor bartender, grill man, and delivery specialist. If you are lucky to have Gerry serving at your event, you are sure to have a great time with little to no worry about! JERRY SUMCAD - Chef Chef Jerry has provided Cesca's Kitchen Catering with excellent service and leadership in the kitchen for over 6 years now. He has been in the culinary profession since 2000. He is our chef here at Cesca's Kitchen Catering, bringing many years of culinary experience to the team, he does everything from prepping the food to putting on the finishing touches! Jerry also goes on special events to ensure meats are carved to perfection and crepes are flipped just the way you like. DAVID OCAMPO - Chef Consultant A product of ISCAHM (International School for Culinary Arts and Hotel Management) both finished Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. A Professional Chef having worked in Mandarin Oriental and a consultant in various restaurants and food corporations. He joined the Cesca's Kitchen Catering team as a consultant in 2011 and serves as our innovator in the kitchen where he brings in new recipes as well as gives us new twists on the old. With his help, our chef have perfected some of our new menu favorites. He also took several culinary courses abroad, from Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam and Hongkong. |
