Born with renowned professional photographer Bert Tomas for a father, Karlo Tomas, had always been exposed to the ply of photography for as long as he can remember.

The young Karlo is recognized today as one of the city’s top-breed photographers. His craft so recognized that he found himself featured in the documentary The Youngest Professional Photographer in Davao City that was shot and made by the group of Mass Communication students from a well-known university.

To further hone his skills in the craft, Karlo attended “Photo Safari” activities and he participated in “The Photo World Manila 2007”, a prestigious seminar for photographers, whose speakers are celebrated photographers Hanson Fong and Robert Behnke, both from the US. In the seminar, Karlo furthered his knowledge in the art of wedding photography and portraiture.
