• Attending to the bride and groom at the hotel room four hours before the actual start of the ceremony. There will be a Bridal Manager and a Groom Manager. Simultaneously, there will be 2 coordinators designated at the Church and another two at the reception venue.
• Assisting the photographers for the pictorial including the fixing of the gown in the mannequin, fixing the wedding materials on the bed and fixing the bride and the groom’s apparel and accessories.
• Ensuring that all the suppliers are prepared
• Checking the set-up, lay-out, styling and sound system of the venue
• Checking the tables and chairs needed, the food, the stuff to be used for the entire program such as the cake, wine, doves and materials for the games
• Distribution of wedding materials to respective entourage member
• Arranging the misalettes along pews
• Organizing the members of the entourage and their entrance
• Supervising the entrance of the bride
• Overseeing the wedding rite from processional to recessional
• Collecting the stuff used such as veil, cord, bible and candles during the ceremony
• Assisting the photographers for pictorial
• Manning of the registration table
• Assisting the guests to their seats
• Briefing with emcee and other program participants
• Managing the program including the queuing of music
• Assisting in giving souvenirs
• Gift management
• Cash Management
• Inclusive of 2 meetings prior the Wedding day and Finalizing the reception program

• Recommending additional accredited suppliers that best suit the couple’s needs
• Helping out in composing and selecting readings for the ceremony/misallete 
• Planning of the reception program
• Arrangement of music
• Scheduling for the entire wedding day
• OTD Wedding Coordination Service is included

Full Coordination Services (6 months to a year)
Price: Php 35,000
Description:

• Assisting in establishing the budget
• Doing research and reservation for possible Church and reception venue for the preferred Wedding date
• Assisting in conceptualizing  and planning of the ceremony and/or reception program
• Recommending accredited suppliers that best suit the couple’s needs
• Helping out in composing and selecting readings for the ceremony, misallete or wedding program
• Arrangement of music
• Scheduling for the entire wedding day
• OTD Wedding Coordination Service is included
