This package is perfect for couples who have already booked at least five of their major suppliers, specifically their ceremony venue and reception venue. Most couples want to plan their own weddings however they don’t have time to do comparison shopping to check out all the prices of the various vendors they will require for their wedding. Merry Me can save you a lot of valuable time and money by providing a short list of vendors. Plus we have been in the wedding industry for a while and have developed good working relationships with many suppliers and can ensure reliability.

1.       Consultation with bride and groom to find out information about their wedding and determine how they wish the wedding to flow (unlimited) Turnover of initial preparations at least 4-6 months prior to the wedding. 3 meetings prior to the big day plus 3 vendor meetings of your choice. Total of 6 meetings.
2.       Marriage License information.
3.       Budget Creation
4.       Establish color combinations and theme.
5.       In- depth vendor recommendations with necessary booking arrangements and contract negotiations.
6.       Booking/Follow up with the chosen suppliers and assume full responsibility for proper coordination and follow up.
7.       Attendance at 3 vendor meetings of your choice (caterer, florist, photographer, etc.).
8.       Assist with wording and proofing of stationery for Save the Date cards and invitations.
9.       Work with officiating minister in coordinating the ceremony.
10.    Menu selection assistance and banquet set-up meeting with catering manager and client.
11.    Create floor plan/ seating chart.
12.    Suggest / Prepare wedding day itinerary.
13.    Includes all the services on On the Day Coordination Package.

There will be 2 Event Managers and 4 Professional Event Coordinators assigned to your event from preparation stage to the event proper. (For 100-200 guests)

Description:

If you have planned your wedding and you just need an outside professional to direct everyone and oversee everything on the wedding day to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Most of the time the couple rely on family and friends to do this for them (e.g. setting up the reception, checking in on the cake, flowers if it arrives on time, making sure that the bridal procession is in order, paying the vendors) By asking a family member or a friend to take on these tasks that person will feel stressed out and overwhelmed. Merry Me takes the stress out of you and your guests by letting you and your guests sit back, savor the moment and enjoy your wedding!

The following is an outline of some of the tasks that Merry Me handles for you on the day of your wedding:
Prior to the Event:

Unlimited bridal consultations through phone and email upon signing of contract until the day of turnover. 1 meeting prior to the big day.
Confirm final details, services, and agreements with booked wedding suppliers prior to wedding day.
Make sure that all vendors have Merry Me’s contact information.
Send vendors a copy of the final timeline schedule and program and make sure they have directions to the hotel, ceremony and reception locations.
Provide a wedding day itinerary and suggest program of activities.
Provide a checklist of things couple needs to do, prepare and bring on the day of the event.

On your Wedding Day:
Pre Ceremony
At brides “getting dressed” location:

6 hours prior to the ceremony wedding coordinators will report to the bride and groom at the brides getting dressed location attending to their every need and concern. A bridal manager will be assigned to the couple and will be with them all throughout the day.
Maintain The Merry Me Bridal Emergency Kit (just in case) Kit includes items such as snacks, sewing materials, band aids, medicines, bobby pins, and many other things you might need.
Facilitate on-time arrival of hair and make-up stylists and instruct them as to where to set up their equipment.
Coordinate hair and make-up schedule with bridal party and stylists and ensure that hair and make-up is completed in a timely fashion.
Make sure flower supplier arrives on time and check if all the flowers are in order. (i.e. bridal bouquet, mother’s bouquets, groom and male entourage boutonnieres, etc.)
Make sure photographer and videographer arrive on time.
Assist in the pictorial including the fixing of the gown in the mannequin, fixing the wedding materials on the bed and fixing the groom’s apparel and accessories.
Gather bride, bridal party and immediate family for photos. If there is a “must shoot” list Merry Me ensures that the photographer would abide by it.
Coordinate any food deliveries including set up and clearing of all meals.
Assist bride with putting on her wedding gown.
Communicate with best man to make sure groom is getting dressed and on-time.
Proper turn-over of wedding materials including contracts and payments to vendors.
Ensure that transportation arrives on time and also couple’s timely departure from the getting dressed location to the ceremony venue.
Communicate with driver and maid-of-honor or best man or bridal manager while bridal party is on the way to the ceremony location.

Ceremony:

Prior to the ceremony assigned wedding coordinators at the ceremony location will blot personal flowers with paper towels and distribute to the wedding party.
Set up programs and other ceremony items i.e. missalette, unity candles, veil, cord, wine or yarmulkes.
If there are ushers at the ceremony location. Orient ushers or groomsmen as to when to begin escorting guests to their seats.
Usher in guests and organize seating arrangements of principal sponsors and entourage.
Ensure that ceremony musicians have arrived and direct them as to where to set up.
Confirm the music that ceremony musicians will play during the ceremony, as well as start times for each piece of music. Determine what hand signals will used to cue musicians.
Act as a liaison with the ceremony officiator and decide what cue will be used to signal the start of the ceremony.
Line up the bridal party for their entrances down the aisle.
Cue ceremony musicians when bridal party is ready to begin processional.
Look for bridal party and people involve with the wedding ceremony to advise them of their duties. (1^st reading, 2^nd reading, offertory etc.)
Supervise the entrance of the bride.
Monitor and organize wedding rites from procession to recessional
Assist in picture taking after the ceremony.
Secure all items used during the ceremony to ensure proper turnover.

Prior to Reception:

While the ceremony is ongoing assigned coordinators at the reception site will greet vendors and instruct them as to where to set up. (i.e. band, caterer, photobooth etc.)
Supervise venue set-up which includes layout, floor plan and styling of the event venue.
Arrange escort cards and centerpieces (if any).
Set up table numbers/names and menu cards (if any).
Make sure reception flowers/décor is set up according to flower order
- Ensure that tent and lighting are set up properly and troubleshoot as needed.
- Ensure that the AVP is working correctly,
- Attend sound check with Band or DJ.
- Meet with catering staff to confirm food timeline

Set up amenities baskets, hand towels, candles etc. in bathrooms (if any).

Reception:

Set up guest book and pen.
Ensure proper flow of cocktail hour food.
Supervise registration of guests and ensure that the sitting arrangement would be followed. Also assist in ushering guests to their respective table assignment.
Help guests locate their escort cards and dining tables.
Handle all gifts given by the guests.
If bride has arranged for a retouch after the ceremony the bridal manager would make sure that this is done in a timely manner.
Arrange for the bride and groom to have a little snack before reception begins. (if they want to)
Locate bride and groom and instruct them to stay at their room or to the side of main dining room until they receive cue for their introduction and first dance.
Cue band when the majority of guests have found their tables and bride and groom are ready to be introduced
Monitor on time and smooth implementation of the program.
Distribution of wedding souvenirs, routing of the Signature Book/Frame, and guestbook signing.
Distribute final payments/gratuities to vendors at the end of the evening.
Turnover all wedding accessories used in the wedding ceremony and reception and all gifts to the couple’s authorized representative.

From start to finish Merry me will assist you with the complete planning and coordination of your special day. The couple can leave everything up to us if they like just select the preference of the options offered by us and we will handle the rest (meetings, details, timing, etc). This package is recommended for couples who don’t have the luxury of time to plan their own wedding or for couples who are having a destination wedding. We take on the hassle so that you can enjoy the wedding planning process and focus on the fun stuff. Ensures a stress free planning from day 1! Service starts 6 months to one year prior to the big day.

1.       Initial consultation with the bride and groom to help bring all your ideas to the discussion.
2.       Conceptualization of the event, taking into consideration its technical, creative, financial and administrative/logistical aspects.
3.       On-going meetings, consultation and advice as required.
4.       Etiquette advisement.
5.       Assistance in managing your budget and expenses.
6.       Assisting with the selecting of color scheme, theme and style of the wedding.
7.       Marriage License information.
8.       Preparing a schedule/ monthly timeline and checklists.
