About the Cake Artist

BINKY CUENCA-CARAL is married to Kiril, a lawyer in Shell; and has a Master's Degree in Business Administration from Ateneo de Manila University.

After graduating in 2009 from the Professional Bakery Course in Creative Culinaire The School (Singapore), she pursued and earned her Master's Certificate (Professional Diploma Course) for Cake Decorating from Knights-bridge (London) PME Ltd School Sugarcraft Pte Ltd. (Singapore).

Binky and her husband Kiril are both alumni of SSEAYP (Ship for Southeast Asian Youth Program) Int'l; and are active members of Ligaya ng Panginoon Community. She shares her passion in art, food and travel with her family, and has lived in Edinburgh, Scotland; and Singapore.

Business started in Singapore in 2009 as a result of the principal's passion in reating cakes that look, smell, and taste remarkably delicious.

Having served the discerning tastes of a mix of Singaporean and expatriate clientele in Singapore, Binky's Cakes has consistently strived to make each cake delicious by using premium ingredients. Careful planning is done before a design is implemented to ensure a balanced and well-polished cake.
