Shared or Partial Coordination
Price: Php 40,000
Description:

This is when you already started doing the initial arrangements (ie. venue or caterer)  and would like us to take over.

From the planning stage : 

1. We will formally take over on the initial preparations made by the couple.
2. We will pre-screen and set up appointments with vendors you have not  contracted yet.
3.  Monitor, maintain and manage the budget as you have preset it. 

Thus, we will continue the following stages: 

1. Actual Event Day
2. Post Event Re-cap or liaison 

* above rate is for Metro Manila & Tagaytay Weddings only
* meals for the coordinators are already included in the package
* Rate is only for 350 guests and below
* an Out of Town Rate will be applied for other Destination Weddings

On The Day Coordination
Price: Php 18,000
Description:

This is when you already did all the arrangements but would like us to handle the coordination of your WEDDING DAY ONLY.

1.  Formally take over  from the couple the liaison work to properly implement the preparation for your wedding day , a month before the wedding date. 
2. We will  attend or call a final coordination meeting with all your suppliers.
3. We will Meet with your officiating minister/priest to go over the sequencing of your ceremony if required
4.  Fixing loose ends of your wedding plans by coordinating call time for your suppliers and entourage; finalizing guest sitting details and lay-outs of the venues
5. Provide a total of 6 coordinators to manage the event
6. We will assign a coordinator to be at the bride’s dressing venue at most 2 hours before the photo shoot
7.  We will take charge of the ceremony program (processional, distribution of flowers, missalettes, cue the entourage, etc)
8.  Registration and Gift Table management (We will assist the waiter or the representative of the couple that will be stationed at the Registration and Gift Table)
9. Supervision of set up (Ingress and Egress) of all your vendors on the event day
10. We will  provide emcees' cue cards and printed program scripts
11. Reception Program Management and Direction
12.  Proper turnover of wedding gifts, leftover food, wedding accessories  to designated representative of the couple
13. Three (3) Consultation Meetings after contract signing
14. Unlimited Consultation through emails and phone calls

* Client must provide meals for the 6 coordinators 

Long Distance Overseas Coordination
Price: Php 60,000
Description:

This type of service is for couples who are based overseas and are planning to have their wedding in the Philippines.

Cost of this package will vary on the extent of the  liaison requirements you need including leg work for your legal documents.  Just the same, we will coordinate your wedding from start to finish.

MONITORING via EMAIL and Skype:

1. Weekly report: updates on planning will be sent to you via email.
2. We will scan all Official Receipts, these are payments made to the  vendors through us. We will send it to you via email. We will hand the original copies upon your arrival here.
3. You may send your payments for your vendors via bank deposits to our company's bank account or via western union or through a relative based here in the Philippines.

 OTHER SERVICES:  

- Transportation arrangements for you and your guests that will  attend your wedding.
- Room bookings and arrangements for you and your guests.

Full Coordination
Price: Php 50,000
Description:

This type of service is for couples who want  us to handle 'everything;  from concept to implementation.

We will cover the following stages :

1. Pre- Planning Stage
2. Planning Stage
3. Actual Event Day
4. Post Event Re-cap or liaison
