90 percent of the preparation is made by the client (all suppliers are booked and just for turnover) and leave us the preparation, ceremony and reception assistance. 

• Work shall commence three (3) months before the event.
• Max of three (3) meetings before the event (additional Php 600 for the excess meeting)
• Reviewing of signed contracts
• Supervision and execution of the actual event
• Assist in finalization of guest lists, seating arrangement and floor plan
• Management of ceremony and reception materials (gifts for the sponsors, missalettes, offertory, souvenir etc.)
• Guest registration, gift management and inventory
• With RSVP
• Conceptualize and organize the whole reception program.
• Turnover all wedding accessories used in the wedding ceremony & reception
• Distribution of wedding souvenirs and routing of the signature book/frame
• Handle all gifts given by the guest
• Professional Personal assistance shall be assigned to celebrants
• Consultation is free and unlimited updates tru chatting, emailing and sms
• Coordinators in uniform, name plates and radios with head set

We provide 100 percent full planning from step one to finish.

• Work starts upon contract signing
• Max of 6 meetings before the event (additional Php 600 for the excess meeting)
• Conceptualization of the Event
• Budget Planning
• Assist in selection of church and reception site.
• With complete wedding planner/ checklist/ timeline.
• Refer and setup appointments with suppliers.
• Assist in negotiations and reviewing contracts with vendors.
• With RSVP
• ON - THE - DAY COORDINATION is applied.
• Consultation is free and unlimited updates tru chatting, emailing and sms
• Coordinators in uniform, name plates and radios with head set
