1. FULL EVENT COORDINATION  ( six months to one year)

As full Coordinators, we will plan and prepare all the wedding details from start to finale. We will not only do all the legwork for you, we will also save your time and money. We will be working with the Bride and Groom side by side and all throughout the preparation. We assure you a STRESS FREE wedding day.

This Package includes the following:

• Over-all event planning and coordination
• Sourcing of all suppliers ( we will give you options)
• Processing of wedding requirements
• Help you manage your budget
• Unlimited consultation during the preparation
• 3 meetings every month from the signing of the contract
• Assist the client in choosing and booking of suppliers
• Assist the client in making deposits and final payments to the suppliers
• Constant coordination and supervision for all chosen suppliers
• On the day coordination manpower (4 on site coordinators)

 

2. PARTIAL COORDINATION (four to six months)

You`ve begun making the arrangements and we will simply guide you with the rest of the planning, we will polish the details and will do the necessary follow-ups  with all the suppliers. No matter where you are in the planning process, we can step in and oversee your remaining plans and give you the peace of mind you deserve.

This Package includes the following:

• Over-all planning and coordination
• Unlimited consultation during the preparation
• Processing of wedding requirements
• Help you manage your budget
• Schedule fittings with the designer
• Help you manage last minute checks  with suppliers to ensure all is implemented as expected.
• On the day coordination manpower (4 on site coordinators)

 

3. HALF-WAY COORDINATION 

This package is almost similar to the partial coordination. This is the best for couples who ventured into the wedding planning on their own but as quickly realized that they need additional creative ideas and guidance of a professional.

This Package includes the following:

• Over –all planning and coordination upon turn over
• Follow-up all the suppliers
• Budget planning
• Processing of wedding requirements
• Invitation and communication
• Conceptualization and supplies
• Ceremony and reception program
• On the day event management

4. MONTH OF COORDINATION

This is for the couple who needs more than a day coordinator. This package is for couples who already have everything set for their wedding and just need the support when it comes closer to the wedding day to polish every detail.

This Package includes the following:

• Follow up the suppliers
• Conceptualization
• Ceremony and reception program
• On the day event management

• 4 on site coordinators
• Guest registration
• Receiving of guests
• Guestbook routing
• Gift registration and turn over

5. ON THE DAY COORDINATION

If you would like to be free of stress on your wedding day, this is the service for you. You’ve made all the arrangements and we’re here to handle the details on your big day. Having a day coordinator is the only way to ensure that every little detail will be fulfilled.

This Package includes the following:

• Over – all planning upon turn over. Client will give copies of all the contracts with their suppliers.
• Help you manage the last minute checks with suppliers to ensure all is implemented as expected.
• Wedding rehearsals (2 days before the event date)
• Reception and program lay-out
• Entourage line-up
• On the day coordination
