Mr. Ruel Urgel Villaluna, a former photographer from the media department, office of Sen. Francisco Tatad, started his own business "Blessing Photography" with the support of his wife Mrs. Nimpha Uy Villaluna, an accountant of JVC Philippines Inc.

In July 2007, he opens his first showroom at the service lane of SM Supercenter Molino, Bacoor Cavite. He added services from basic photography into full digital photo and video coverage, video editing, photo editing/lay-out and albums.

One year after, November 2008, he opens his second showroom at the ground floor level of SM City Dasmarinas with a photo studio pictorial.

Today, the company continue to expand its services and last 2009; they got their latest showroom at SM Center Las Pinas.
