Recognizing the efforts of Kasal.com in promoting the different Philippine regions as international wedding and honeymoon tourism destinations, the Department of Tourism (DOT) endorses Kasal.com’s Kasalang Filipino 2009 national wedding fair roadshow program.
This nationwide program encompassing 12 Philippine cities highlights not only the local attractions, products, and services, but also the indigenous customs and traditions of the regions.
This undertaking is in line with the Department of Tourism’s advocacy efforts to promote the region’s finest attractions to both domestic and international markets.

The Department of Tourism acknowledge the dynamic initiatives of Kasal.com in organizing the 4th wedding fair road show – Kasalang Filipino 2009 as it presents the opportunity to showcase our island destinations, customs, traditions as well as the various products and services of the different regions.
Inasmuch as the activity promotes the country as an ideal wedding and honeymoon destination, we encourage our partners and stakeholders to explore and support the various possibilities of the project that may be beneficial to your respective organizations.

Kasalang Filipino 2009 is a nationwide wedding fair road show which ties twelve (12) Philippine cities with one goal of promoting the local wedding industry. The following are the 12 cities of the 2009 road show – San Pablo, Tagaytay, Tarlac, Dagupan, Legazpi, Dumaguete, General Santos, Cagayan de Oro, Davao, Bacolod, Manila, and Cebu.
