Wording your wedding invitation is not as tricky as you think it is. For a little help, here are some wording samples from QP Designs:

  • Bride and groom as hosts
  • Groom’s parents as hosts
  • Bride’s parents as hosts
  • Both sets of parents as hosts
  • Surviving parent has remarried
  • Surviving parent has not remarried
  • Double Wedding

These are a few of the traditional wording format. For that special personal touch, you may include some of your favorite verses and sayings in your invitation. Always remember to make sure that your invitation reflects your wedding style. Formal weddings require traditional and well, formal verses, while you could get as creative as you get with small and intimate weddings.
