Kapuso Star Bianca Umali had a glamorous 18th birthday celebration at the EDSA Shangri-La Hotel in Mandaluyong City last March 17, 2018.
Dubbed as #SimplyBianca, the said celebration was full of things we thought we’d only see in dreams.
One of the highlights of the celebration was her grand entrance. Clad in a powder-blue Liza Padilla gown that glowed, the debutant walked to the song “Sky Full of Stars” by Coldplay.
Her two other outfits also wowed the guests. These included a pantsuit, also created by Liza Padilla, and a beaded gown by Fay Reyes.
As for the venue, it was embellished with several garlands of flowers and white balloons suspended on the ceiling. There were also romantic candles on the guests’ tables.
Her cake was another sight to behold. Her multi-tiered cake was jazzed up with pink and blue flowers, perfect for her fairy tale celebration.
For her special number, Bianca impressed her guests by dancing to Camila Cabello’s “Havana”.
Of course, the celebration was not complete without her friends from the show business, including Tom Rodriguez, Carla Abellana, Rodjun Cruz, Inah De Belen, and Kyline Alcantara.
Miguel Tanfelix, her leading man in GMA series “Kambal Karibal”, was also in attendance during the said event. He was, in fact, part of the 18 Roses.
But what really touched everyone’s heart was her tribute to her parents, whom she lost at an early age. Her dad was her 18th rose, while her mom was her 18th candle.
